The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) quelled on Friday afternoon the peaceful marches that were held against settlement activities and the segregation wall in different West Bank villages.
In Kafr Qaddum village west of Nablus city, the IOF aggressively attacked Palestinian and foreign protestors demanding the opening of the main road of the village, which has been closed for more than a decade.
Dozens suffered tear gas injuries when they arrived at the Israeli barriers blocking the main road.
In another village near Ramallah, many suffered suffocation when the IOF showered their anti-wall march with a barrage of tear gas grenades.
Others also suffered minor injuries from rubber bullets upon their arrival at Abu Leimoun area where the segregation wall is located.
For his part, a senior official from the popular committee against the wall and settlement in Masarah village in Bethlehem city said that a march of Palestinian and foreign activists moved from the village towards the Palestinian lands appropriated by Israel for settlement expansion.
During the march, Israeli soldiers attacked the activists with batons and prevented them from reaching the seized lands, the official added.
Three protestors, including a child, were reported wounded during the soldiers' attack.
Other activists participating in Nabi Saleh village march north of Ramallah city also suffered injuries from tear gas grenades and rubber bullets as they were protesting Israel's settlement activities in the West Bank.

Inciting calls against Palestinians have escalated within the Israeli army especially after broadcasting movies by the so-called organization "Faithful Recruits" which works to convince the Israeli youths to the urgent need to enlist in the Army with their commitment to implement the Torah orders.
The broadcasted clips started following the escape of a group of Israeli soldiers, in face of the Palestinian stone throwers in the town of Kafr Qadum, where they were protesting against the continued closure of the main street of the village for more than a decade.
One of the broadcasted inciting clips, addressed to the Israeli soldiers, showed Israeli soldiers with their military uniform and their guns, calling on their colleagues not to escape from the Arabs, and to refuse orders to evacuate settlements.
Another clip showed an Israeli soldier has already fled from his unit for refusing to participate in evacuating outposts near the settlement of "Yitzhar", saying "when I have enlisted in the army I was convinced that the military knows how to kill Arabs and soldiers do not flee because they ran out of ammunition, but because of the orders that prevent them from responding .. When I am there, I will not implement these orders".

A Palestinian man suffered a critical head injury on Wednesday in clashes with the Israeli army in Yatta in the southern West Bank.
Mohammad Kamal Abu Qbaieta was hit in the head by a tear gas canister and taken to Al-Mezan Hospital, a Ma'an reporter said.
Clashes broke out in Yatta after Israeli forces raided the town and detained Yousif Ibrahim Nawajaa, a disabled grocery store owner.
Locals threw stones at the soldiers, who responded by firing tear gas and sound grenades.
An Israeli military spokesman said on Wednesday that he was looking into the incident.

Israeli prison guards and special forces attacked Palestinian prisoners in two prisons on Wednesday wounding four of them, the Palestinian prisoner’s association said in a statement on Thursday.
It said that joint forces of Matsada, Nahshon, and Dror attacked wards 4, 6, 9 in the Megiddo jail wounding four prisoners, adding that ward 4 was closed.
The statement said that other units stormed ward 14 in Nafha desert prison last night and injured a number of prisoners in the process.

Confrontations were reported on Wednesday morning between Israeli occupation forces (IOF) and villagers of Beit Ummar to the north of Al-Khalil.

Jerusalem storekeepers and vendors were surprised on Monday to see Israeli municipal employees drawing yellow lines outside their stores and stalls and warning them not to go beyond them or else they would be fined.
Such Israeli measure sparked outrage among the Palestinian traders in Al-Qatanin Souk of the old city of Jerusalem and prompted to engage verbally with the municipal staff.
The storekeepers and vendors slammed such step as the last nail which the Israeli municipal council hammered in the coffin of the commercial movement in the old city of Jerusalem.
One of the storekeepers said that the municipal council aims to force them to leave their stores and commercial activities in the old city as part of Israel's ethnic cleansing policy.
For its part, the Aqsa foundation for endowment and heritage strongly denounced this Israeli measure and said it would destroy the commercial activities in the old city.

Local sources said that IOF soldiers mounting five armored vehicles burst into the town’s center triggering clashes between young men and the soldiers.
They said that the soldiers used teargas in abundance to disperse the youths leading to breathing problems among some of them.

Many Palestinian families with their children are mercilessly maltreated and forced out of their houses in freezing cold during arrest raids carried out at dawn by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in the West Bank.
This scene repeatedly takes place on a daily basis in the early morning hours.
As women and children along with other members of the family are asleep, all of a sudden a force of Israeli troops with masks or blackened faces break into their house terrorizing everyone and forcing them amid the cries of children to leave their beds and stay outdoors.
Afterwards, they start to ransack the house, turn everything inside upside down and cause sometimes material damage to the furniture during their violent search.
During such raids, the troops and their escorts from the Israeli intelligence feel like to arrest one member or maybe more from the family, mostly little kids or young men, and sometimes they hand them summonses for interrogation.
Many such incidents have also been reported lately of families being humiliated and interrogated for hours by intelligence officers inside or outside their homes in different West Bank areas.
A mother of a Palestinian detainee from Azzun town said that Israeli soldiers forced her and her children out of the house in freezing cold and arrested one of her sons.
She added that the soldiers handcuffed and blindfolded her son and ordered him to stand against the wall before searching him thoroughly and taking him without allowing him to change his light clothes.
The night of arrest is unforgettable to all detainees and families whose suffering continues until the release day, according to Fouad Al-Khafsh, a specialist in prisoners' affairs.
Several human rights groups have reported lately an increase in the daily arrest of Palestinians in the occupied Palestinian territories, which has caused the Israeli jails and detention centers to be overcrowded with detainees and prisoners.
