Palestinian medical sources have confirmed, Tuesday, that two young men were injured by a missile fired by an Israeli done in northern Gaza.
The Israeli army said it targeted Palestinians, reportedly flying burning kites from an area near the Eastern Graveyard, east of Jabalia in northern Gaza.
Israeli Ynet News said one of the “incendiary balloons, landed at a school,” in the Eshkol Regional Council of Settlements.
During an assessment meeting with the army’s Gaza Division, including Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, Army Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot, Shin Bet Director Nadav Argaman, and National Security Advisor Meir Ben Shabat, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said his government is prepared for any scenario in the Gaza Strip, and that it will do whatever it can to resolve the situation along the border.
On Saturday evening, July 14th, the Israeli Airforce carried out, on Saturday evening, several airstrikes targeting Gaza, killing two children and wounding at least twenty-five Palestinians in Gaza city, when the missiles struck a building next to a public green park, filled with people.
On Tuesday morning, Palestinian medical sources have reported that a young man, died on Tuesday morning, from serious wounds he suffered on May 14, after an Israeli army sharpshooter shot him in the neck.
The sources said the Palestinian Sari Daoud Shobaki, 24, was shot during the Great Return March, when the soldiers and army snipers resorted to the excessive use of force against the nonviolent Palestinian protesters, killing sixty Palestinian on the day alone, and wounding more than 2700 others, including hundreds who suffered serious wounds; many of them later died from their wounds.
The Health Ministry in Gaza said the Israeli missiles killed Amir an-Nimra, 15, and his friend Luay Kahil, 16, in addition to causing injuries to at least 25 other Palestinians.

At least four armored Israeli military vehicles invaded, on Tuesday morning, Palestinian agricultural lands, east of al-Qarara town, near Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Media sources said the Israeli vehicles came from Kissufim military base, across the border fence, and advanced dozens of meters into the Palestinian lands.
They added that several Israeli surveillance drones flew over the invaded area.
The invasion is part of ongoing Israeli violations against the Palestinians agricultural lands and farmers, near the border fence, in addition to attacks targeting fishermen in Gaza territorial waters.
Israeli forces launch limited incursion into Gaza, attack fishermen
Israeli military bulldozers on Tuesday morning moved dozens of meters into the southern corners of the blockaded Gaza Strip at the same time as Israeli naval forces attacked fishermen in the enclave.
Four Israeli bulldozers stationed at Kissufim military site, northeast of Khan Younis, moved 50 meters into Palestinian lands in eastern al-Qarara town.
The bulldozers leveled Palestinian lands along the border.
Israeli military incursions near the border fence separating Gaza from territories occupied in 1948 have long been a near-daily occurrence.
At the same time, Israeli gunboats opened heavy machinegun fire on Palestinian fishermen sailing within three nautical miles off Gaza’s seashore.
Overnight, Israeli occupation authorities ruled for reducing the authorized fishing zone for Gaza fishermen to three nautical miles.
The Israeli army regularly detains and opens fire on unarmed Palestinian fishermen, shepherds, and farmers along the border areas.
In the meantime, Israeli drones kept hovering over the besieged enclave at low altitudes.

According to Days of Palestine, the Israeli occupation state is the first country to use the US-made F-35 fighter jet to kill people –two innocent Palestinian children in Gaza Strip.
While America and the rest of the world’s attention was focused on the Wold Cup, Wimbledon, Trump’s visit to England, and the Stormy Daniels story, Israel unleashed the heaviest air strikes since 2014, on the besieged Gaza Strip.
This makes Israel the first country in the world to use the new US-made F-35 fighter jets to kill people.
Last week, the Israeli air forces also used the F-35 fighter jets to fly over Beirut, Lebanon and bombard targets inside Syria.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, Israeli airstrikes, on Saturday, injured hundreds of civilians, killing two Palestinian boys Louay Khoheel, aged 16, and Amir al-Namara, also 16, who were at a public park next to an unfinished building.
A few hours later, Amir and Louay’s parents visited the morgue to claim their bodies.

An Israeli drone dropped a missile on a Palestinian resistance watchtower east of Beit Hanun. Israeli tanks also struck the vicinities of the Eastern Cemetery north of Gaza.
Moments later, a missile was unleashed toward a Palestinian resistance watchtower east of Jabalia, north of Gaza.
Israeli warplanes kept also hovering over the besieged enclave, sparking terror among civilians.
On Sunday, four Palestinians were wounded in similar raids launched by Israeli drones north of Gaza in response to alleged balloons flown from the enclave.
The Palestinian resistance responded by firing a missile toward territories occupied in 1948.
The missile reportedly landed in an open area in Ashkelon coast.

Israeli Education Minister Naftali Bennett during a cabinet meeting on Sunday called for targeting Gaza children who fly fire kites near Gaza border by warplanes.
According to Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper on Monday, a sharp dispute broke out in the Israeli cabinet session. The ministers disagreed on the direct shooting of Palestinian children flying kites and balloons over Gaza border fence. Naftali repeatedly called for children to be targeted by warplanes.
"Why do not we shoot at anyone who fires aerial weapons at our communities? There is no legal impediment. Why do we shoot next to them and not at them? We are talking about terrorists in every respect."
The Israeli occupation army's Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot opposed Naftali's request saying, "I do not think that it is right to target children and young people who usually fly fire kites."
"And if a fire kite flyer was identified as an adult?" asked Bennett. "Are you suggesting dropping bombs from an aircraft on kites and balloons flyers?" asked Eisenkot. "Yes," said Bennett.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ended the discussion by saying that fire kites terrorism must come to an end without explaining how.
Bennett further criticized the Egypt-brokered ceasefire reached with the Palestinian resistance factions saying that it would give Hamas a chance to rearm.
Bennett, Eisenkot go head-to-head over IDF's Gaza policy
Education minister believes all incendiary balloon and kite launchers should be fired upon, while the IDF chief cautions there are children and teenagers among them; 'It's against my operational and moral positions,' Eisenkot says.
Education Minister Naftali Bennett went head-to-head with IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot on Sunday afternoon over the military's reluctance to shoot incendiary balloon and kite fliers.
The Security Cabinet met Sunday to discuss the tensions on the Gaza border, with the discussion focusing on a response to the incendiary kites and balloons, which have been wreaking havoc in Israel, burning thousands of acres of farmland and wooded areas. While the Cabinet approved a new policy according which the IDF would open fire on any cells launching incendiary balloons and kites, Bennett disagreed with the nature and force of the response.
When discussing the fact children are often among the incendiary balloon and kite cells, Bennett wondered, "Why not shoot anyone who launches aerial weapons at our communities, and at the cells? There is no legal impediment. Why shoot next to them and not directly at them? These are terrorists for all intents and purposes."
The IDF chief responded, saying, "I don't think shooting teens and children—who are sometimes the ones launching the balloons and kites—is right."
"And what if it's an adult identified as an adult?" Bennett asked.
"Are you proposing to drop a bomb from a plane on incendiary balloon and kite cells?" Eisenkot asked.
When Bennett responded in the affirmative, the IDF chief said: "I disagree with you. It's against my operational and moral positions."
During the discussion, defense officials reported that Hamas was very surprised by the intensity of the IDF attacks over the weekend and begged for a ceasefire. They explained the IDF's policy regarding the incendiary balloons launchers is not to shoot to kill them, with the attacks carried out near launch sites in an effort to wound and deter.
Bennett was also criticial of the government's decision to accept the ceasefire with Hamas and Islamic Jihad in Gaza after an intense round of fighting on Saturday. "A ceasefire without stopping terrorism is surrender," he determined.
"For three months, we've been witnessing the fire terrorism, with some 1,000 explosive and incendiary balloons used against the Gaza border residents. Just in the past few days, the south's residents suffered some 200 rockets," Bennett lamented.
"In a timing that is convenient it, Hamas is dictating that we're now having a ceasefire. So let's make this clear: a ceasefire without stopping the fire terrorism is not deterrence, it's surrender," he stressed.
Bennett said he and Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked would object in the Cabinet to "any ceasefire that allows Hamas to rearm itself and allows Hamas to continue launching fire balloons towards the south's residents."

After the Israeli army bombarded Gaza on Saturday, killing two children and causing damage to public, civilian facilities, it became apparent that the soldiers were also targeting a prominent building, meant for preserving and displaying Palestinian archeology, arts and culture.
The Palestinian TV has reported that some of the Israeli missiles targeted the “Arts and Crafts Village”, which is run by the City Council in Gaza, and was founded by late Palestinian President Yasser Arafat, in 1998, with funding from the UNDP.
The Arts and Craft Village building is filled with archeological materials, including pottery, metal crafts, and various historical valuables.
Ihsan Qaja, the head of the Arts and Crafts Village, said that the village, which is approximately 1000 square meters, has four buildings preserving the Palestinian archeological history, arts and crafts. Qaja denounced the Israeli attack, which violates various International laws and targets Palestine’s history preservation projects.
The first building is a Rug House, where authentic rugs, cushion covers, and bedspreads are made using both sheep and goat wool. The second house is an Embroidery and Traditional Fabric Weaving House, where beautiful pillows, dresses, bags, and sheets are embroidered. The third is a Copper House, where copper antiques are exhibited. And finally, a Wood and Ceramics House.

Emad Siyam, the general-director of the Cultural Affairs at Gaza City Council, said the Israeli strikes caused excessive damage to the Arts and Crafts Village, and described the bombings as a “deliberate and barbaric assault against Palestinian heritage and history.”
The Israeli Air Force also fired missiles into a nearby building, killing two children, Amir an-Nimra, 15, and his friend Luay Kahil, 16, in addition to causing injuries to at least 25 other Palestinians.
The Israeli missiles also caused damage to many other surrounding buildings, including the Ministry of Waqf and Endowment, and the Turkish Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH).

Head of Hamas's Political Bureau Ismail Haneyya on Sunday said that the Palestinian resistance will not allow Israel to impose new rules of war.
During the funeral of two children killed by an Israeli airstrike on Gaza Saturday, Haneyya said that many parties intervened to stop the escalation, adding that the Palestinian resistance has the "stronger word".
As for getting the resistance to restore calm on the front while Israel's planes are killing people in Gaza, the Hamas leader stressed, it is unacceptable for "this enemy" to impose new rules of war.
He vowed that resistance factions in the Gaza Strip would retaliate for any further Israeli attacks on the coastal enclave.
Haneyya affirmed that the Palestinian resistance will spare no effort to protect the Great March of Return protests which helped draw the international community's attention to the suffering of the Palestinian people in Gaza.
"Either the siege is lifted or you will face more intense and stronger marches," he said.
He continued to say, "The Deal of the Century was born dead. No Palestinian or regional party will dare to agree to a deal rejected by our people and resistance factions."
Haneyya touched on a meeting he had held earlier in the day with UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Nikolay Mladenov. He said, "Everyone is looking for a solution while the answer is clear: lift the unjust siege on Gaza. The Palestinian people no longer believe your promises. They want real results that end the siege once and forever."
He said that Gaza border protests will continue until all their objectives are achieved, particularly ending the blockade and reviving the right of return in the memory of the new generations.
He stressed that while conspiracies are being plotted to liquidate the Palestinian cause, the Palestinian people in Gaza, Jerusalem and everywhere stand to say no to Donald Trump's Deal of the Century and any project that involves relinquishing any inch of the Palestinian land.

The UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Nickolay Mladenov, called on Israeli authorities to halt targeting the children of Gaza.
Mladenov, who visited Gaza Strip on Sunday morning, said there is only one way to end the ongoing escalation which is through maintaining peace, seizing fire and putting an end to the humanitarian crisis.
He added that the UN and its partners have immediate plans to end the tragic situation in Gaza, but basic issues need to be solved first. He called for returning to reconciliation and supporting the Palestinian government.
Mladenov also urged Palestinians to maintain peaceful demonstrations and to halt firing rockets and flying of burning kites.
The UN envoy hailed the Egyptian efforts to open Rafah crossing permanently and stressed that the UN will increase its presence in Gaza for ending the suffering of the Gazan people.
