Qalqiliya residents witnessed the killing and the kidnapping of his body. The DCO Office in Qalqiliya, officially reported to the commander of the Palestinian Military Liaison in the Qalqiliya District, that the Israeli Army have killed Ibrahim Daoud and are retaining his body.
