Israeli soldiers shot and injured six Palestinians, including two children, by sniper fire in the al-Boreij refugee camp, in Central Gaza.
Palestinian medical sources said the soldiers, stationed across the border fence, used sniper fire against protesters near the Military School, east of the al-Boreij refugee camp, wounding six.
The sources added that the army used special rounds that detonate upon impact, to cause maximum harm, in direct violation of International Law.
The six wounded Palestinians were moved to the Al-Aqsa Hospital, in Deir al-Balah.
The army also fired dozens of gas bombs, causing scores of residents to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Ongoing clashes with the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in northern and central Gaza Strip left on Tuesday over 45 Palestinian civilians wounded.
A PIC news correspondent quoted Palestinian paramedics as reporting that 40 wounded civilians were transferred, in moderate-to-critical conditions, to the Kamal Udwan hospital, in northern Gaza.
Spokesperson for the Palestinian Health Ministry, Ashraf al-Qudra, confirmed the piece of news in a Facebook statement.
The Israeli occupation soldiers kidnapped an unidentified Palestinian youth as he came within their reach near the Beit Hanoun (Erez) border-crossing, eye-witnesses told a PIC reporter.
The IOF soldiers discharged random barrages of live ammunition, rubber bullets, and tear gas canisters on a group of Palestinian protesters. 35 Palestinian civilians sustained injuries and dozens of others choked on tear gas as a result.
The IOF closed the Beit Hanoun border-crossing before Palestinian passengers in an attempt to tighten the noose around Gazans’ neck.
Clashes burst out near the border-crossing and culminated in heavy barrages of tear gas grenades and live rounds randomly fired by the IOF in an attempt to disband the demos.
Six Palestinian youths sustained live bullet wounds in the noon clashes with the occupation patrols near the border fence, to the east of the Bureij refugee camp, in central Gaza Strip.
The casualties were rushed to hospital so as to be urgently treated for the inflicted wounds.
Earlier Monday, sniper dogs, tear gas canisters, and live bullets were unleashed by the Israeli occupation troops on a group of Palestinian young men while another was crushed by an Israeli army jeep.
The violent clashes that have flared up since the outbreak of the Jerusalem Intifada brought the death toll of Palestinians to at least 30, including seven children, 19 West Bankers, and 11 Gazans.

At least five Palestinians including a journalist suffered moderate to serious injuries as clashes broke out Tuesday morning with Israeli forces near Erez border crossing north of Gaza.
Medics said that the five injured youths were transferred to hospital, suffering from moderate to serious wounds.
Eyewitnesses affirmed to the PIC reporter that one young man was arrested during the clashes as he approached the Israeli-controlled border crossing.
Live and rubber bullets were intensively fired during the clashes, which resulted in five injuries while several others suffered tear gas inhalation.
Along the same line, Palestinian security sources said that Israeli authorities decided to close Erez crossing due to the continued clashes.
Gaza youths have daily organized peaceful marches over the past few days in support of Jerusalem Intifada in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, which was sparked by a spate of attacks by Israelis against Palestinians and their holy shrines.
Since the outbreak of the Jerusalem Intifada, Israeli occupation troops shot and killed 16 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and 11 in blockaded Gaza Strip.
236 have, meanwhile, been left wounded in blockaded Gaza in a week’s time while the number has hit 1,400 in both the West Bank and Gaza.

An Israeli soldier walks past an "Iron Dome" battery on August 20, 2015 in Ashdod.
Israeli authorities claimed that the US-funded "Iron Dome" defense system intercepted a shell fired from the Gaza Strip on Saturday night.
An Israeli army spokeswoman said that sirens sounded across southern Israel, before a single homemade shell was intercepted south of Ashkelon.
No injuries were reported, and she said she was not aware of any further shells fired by the Palestinian resistance.
Palestinians in Gaza, who have no such defense system, were bombarded Saturday night by Israeli fighter jets.
A family home was hit by the Israeli bombing, killing a pregnant woman and her two-year old child, and badly wounding the father and three other children.
On Saturday, Israeli forces fired live rounds into a crowd of demonstrators in the Gaza Strip, killing two Palestinian boys, aged 13 and 15, at a rally east of Khan Younis on Saturday.
Seven Palestinians were fatally wounded by Israeli live gunfire at a demonstration in Gaza the day before.
Since October 1st, 21 Palestinians have been killed, and 1100 injured. During that same time period, two Israelis were killed and two injured in a 'lone wolf attack' by a Palestinian man in Jerusalem.
A small number of homemade shells were fired from Gaza during the past ten days in response to the massive Israeli escalation, but no injuries or damage was reported from these shells.
Israel hold the Hamas government in Gaza responsible for each homemade shell fired, despite there being no link between these shells and Hamas.
Hamas has not claimed responsibility for any homemade shells since last year's devastating war, and the movement has been attempting to clamp down on many of the smaller armed groups.
Earlier Saturday, however, Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri warned Israel that because of the recent string of Israeli war crimes against the Palestinian people, the Palestinians will defend themselves -- despite their rther complete lack of weaponry or armed forces.

Seven Palestinian young men were killed at the hands of Israeli occupation forces (IOF) while demonstrating near Gaza borders in solidarity with the West Bank revolt against Israeli atrocities. 124 others were also wounded including two journalists.
Masri: Israel will pay the same price for its crimes
Senior Hamas official Mushir al-Masri has warned the Israeli occupation that it will pay the same price for the crimes it persists in committing against the Palestinians people.
"You, the Zionists, have shut all the doors, so blame no one but yourself…Our message is, 'You will be drinking from the same cup you have made us drink from,'" al-Masri said during a massive protest staged on Friday in Khan Younis, south of Gaza.
"Al-Quds intifada (uprising) has started and will be going forward," the Hamas official emphasized.
He stressed that the popular uprising is one of the important means to curb the settlers' violations, end the occupation and create new equations on the ground after the failure of the peaceful solutions.
He also called on the Palestinian Authority (PA) leadership to end its security collaboration with the Israeli occupation, release the political detainees from its jails and give the resistance a free hand to defend its people in the West Bank.

Israeli gunboats on Friday morning opened heavy machinegun fire at Palestinian fishermen setting sail off Gaza shores.
According to media sources the Israeli navy forces opened their machine gunfire on fishing boats sailing within four nautical miles off al-Soudaniya shore, northwest of the blockaded Gaza Strip.
A fisherman’s boat sustained remarkable material damage in the attack.
The fishermen were forced to leave the sea for fear of being killed by Israeli bullet fire.
Israeli naval boats have often opened fire on Palestinian fishermen sailing within the unilaterally-imposed six-nautical-mile zone, flagrantly violating the Cairo-brokered ceasefire accord.

Several Israeli army vehicles on early Thursday morning carried out a limited incursion into the northern area of the blockaded Gaza Strip, in a renewed violation of the truce deal.
According to local sources, four Israeli military vehicles penetrated into Beit Lahia town, in northern Gaza Strip, and launched combing operations across the border area.
The Israeli occupation army has often moved into Gaza’s border area and attacked Palestinian farmers and cultivated land lots with live ammunition and rubber bullets.
The incursion is another chain in the series of Israeli violations of the Cairo-brokered ceasefire accord signed in the wake of last summer’s military offensive on the besieged coastal enclave.

A rocket launched from the Gaza Strip landed in southern Israel, late Sunday, with no reported injuries, the Israeli army said.
A spokeswoman said that the rocket landed in an open area in the Eshkol Regional Council at around 11 p.m.
Rocket sirens sounded afterward, she said, but there were no additional rockets.
The rocket fire comes amid heightened tensions in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, where by Sunday night, Israeli soldiers and settlers had shot nearly 100 Palestinians with live and rubber bullets in a 24-hour period.
The most recent clashes were prompted by Israeli army and settler reprisals for the death of two Israeli men in a stabbing attack in Jerusalem's Old City.
However, tensions have been mounting for weeks, particularly due to ongoing restrictions on Palestinians seeking to enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem -- the third holiest site in Islam.
On Wednesday, the Israeli army launched four air strikes on the Gaza Strip after a rocket was fired from the besieged coastal enclave the night before.
Witnesses and Palestinian security sources said four training camps for Hamas's armed wing, the Ezzedine Al-Qassam Brigades, were hit in the strikes. They were empty at the time, and no one was injured.
The rocker fire was later claimed by a Salafist militant group known as the Sheikh Omar Hadid Brigade, which said on Twitter that it carried out the attack in response to the killing of 18-year-old Hadeel Hashlomon in Hebron a week earlier.
Despite the brigade claiming responsibility, the Israeli army laid blame on Gaza's de facto leaders Hamas.
Hamas has not claimed responsibility for any rocket attacks since last year's devastating war in Gaza, and the movement has attempted to clamp down on armed activity by smaller political groups in the territory -- among them the Sheikh Omar Hadid Brigade.

Israeli navy boats attacked, on Monday morning, Palestinian fishing boats near the Gaza shore, and kidnapped two fishers. Earlier at dawn, the Israeli Air Force fired missile into a site run by the Al-Qassam Brigades.
The navy surrounded fishing boats, close to the Gaza City shore, and used loud speakers to order them to jump into the water, and swim towards them.
They then kidnapped two fishers, and boarded one fishing boat before towing it for Ashdod Port.
In addition, Israeli war jets fired a missile into a training site, run by the Al-Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas, causing excessive damage but no injuries.
The Israeli jets also flew over different parts of the coastal region, causing various sonic booms.
